On the day, from 2:00pm on the stage at the venue, Haruka Yamamoto from Personal Studio HARU will be conducting both pilates to train the core and yoga to increase the flexibility of the whole body.
Pilates and yoga are exercises that many professional athletes, including those in baseball, rugby, and boxing, use for conditioning.
The class will focus on exercises and poses that cyclists should definitely try, so be sure to join us after your cycling session!
