The event is finally approaching.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable ride on the day, we would like to ask all participants to follow the traffic rules and to abide by them (I’m sure most cyclists already know these, but I’ll say it again!)
In addition to the guidance from the guards, there will be guide signs on the electric poles along the course.
At corners and difficult-to-understand places on the course, guards wearing the tournament staff bib will guide you. Please be sure to follow their instructions.
In addition, guide signs have been installed on the electric poles to guide you in the direction of travel. Please refer to these as well when riding.
Bicycles are light vehicles.
When turning right at an intersection with a traffic light, be sure to make a two-stage right turn.
(The same applies to T-shaped intersections)
At intersections without traffic lights, if there is a stop line, stop before the line. Check your surroundings and turn right at a speed that allows you to stop at any time.
Pedestrians always have the right of way.
If there are pedestrians around or crossing a pedestrian crossing, be sure to stop before the stop line.
Riding against the flow of traffic on the road is a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
Riding against the flow of traffic on the road is prohibited.
Always ride in the left lane.
Don’t forget to keep to the left.

There will be no inspections on the day. Please make sure there are no problems with riding on the road, such as worn out safety parts or parts.
Using a smartphone while riding is a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
Looking at a smartphone screen or talking on a phone (except for hands-free calls) while riding a bicycle is punishable by law. Be sure to stop and operate the smartphone.
