Kitakyushu soul food! Shiroya’s Sunny Bread

First up is Sunny Bread from Shiroya, which was founded in 1950.
Since its release in 1966, it has always been popular and can be said to be the soul food of Kitakyushu.
It has now been featured on television and radio, and its popularity is spreading nationwide.
Sunny Bread, which is made over a process of more than 8 hours, is filled with plenty of condensed milk wrapped in fluffy bread dough, and has a taste that is loved by children and adults alike.

It’s actually the company that made “that mini croissant”

Next is the mini croissant from Crown Bakery, which was founded in 1948. Crown Bread offers a familiar lineup of bread for school lunches, as well as savory buns, sweet buns, and desserts at its stores.
In addition, a mini croissant specialty store called “MIGNON” will be opening inside JR Hakata Station. Some of you may be familiar with the delicious smell of bread that fills the air around the station.
Two flavors of these popular mini croissants will be available: plain and chocolate.
