This stew soup is made with Miyazaki beef tendon, a specialty of “Toraya,” a yakiniku restaurant run by a Miyazaki beef champion farmer in Yukuhashi City. This is also sold at the “Hiraodai Terrace Trailer Cafe” in “Hiraodai Nature Village” and is a very popular menu item.


This Miyazaki beef tendon stew, which has been offered since the first race in 2022, is full of ingredients such as soft beef tendon and radish! The warm soup soaked in beef tendon is said to soothe tired bodies.
